Wendy Weber

When Wendy Weber joined The Welch Group in 2004, she was new to the financial industry. After working in the medical field and moving from Texas, Wendy quickly became an integral member of The Welch Group team with a strong customer-service background and a determination to learn. Over the course of more than two decades, she has diligently built her knowledge from the ground up and now serves as the Investment Operations Manager, leading the department.

Wendy’s journey reflects her deep appreciation for the opportunities she has been given and her enduring commitment to the firm and its people. For her, this role is more than just a job; she has found work she loves and considers her colleagues like family. Outside of the office, Wendy enjoys traveling on cruises, visiting her children and grandchildren, and spending time at the lake with her husband and their family.
