As Junior Systems Administrator, he supports clients and colleagues with a responsive, problem-solving approach to technical challenges involving both hardware and software.

Robert started at The Welch Group in 2023 after serving as a Data Integration Analyst for a pharmacy benefits firm. His education in computer science, combined with his work experience in data integration and database management, provides a well-rounded technical foundation for his role with The Welch Group.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys working out, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
