Matt joined The Welch Group in 2018 and serves as a Senior Advisor. Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as an auditor in public accounting for a local firm in Birmingham.

In his free time, he enjoys carpentry and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their three dogs.
