Lauren Wright

A warm welcome and a well-organized experience can make a significant difference, and Lauren Wright brings both to The Welch Group. She joined the firm in 2017 in a receptionist and administrative role and has since grown into her position as Administrator & Client Care Coordinator. Lauren enjoys working with people, anticipating what may be needed, and helping each day run smoothly for clients and colleagues alike.

Before joining the firm, Lauren spent 13 years in women’s retail in Birmingham, where she held roles as a store manager and visual merchandiser. Working directly with customers in fast-paced environments strengthened her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while shaping the service-oriented approach she brings to her role today.

When she is not at work, Lauren loves beach trips, browsing TJ Maxx, and spending time with her husband, Matt, their son, Jonah, and their two dogs, Fergie and Lulu.
