Foster Hyde

For Foster Hyde, financial planning brings together two things he values: the technical and mathematical side of finance and the opportunity to build lasting relationships. It was his ideal career when he joined The Welch Group as an advisor in 2011, and that sense of purpose has only deepened as he has grown into his role as a Member and Senior Advisor.

Over the years, Foster has shared many of life’s significant milestones with the families he serves, including marriage, parenthood, homeownership, and business ownership. These experiences provide him with a personal perspective that complements his technical expertise in finance, financial planning, forensic accounting, and valuation. Initially inspired by his father’s career in estate planning and tax law, Foster has developed his own passion for helping clients approach estate planning from an advisory perspective, considering their long-term goals, family relationships, and intentions for future generations.

Outside of work, Foster enjoys hiking, traveling, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters. He is also an avid Alabama football fan.
