Betsy Glenn joined the Welch Group as an Associate Advisor in 2025 after first getting to know the team through her internship during undergrad.

Betsy Glenn joined The Welch Group team as an intern in 2024. During her internship, she experienced the firm’s culture, learned foundational skills for financial advising, and observed how the advising team builds relationships and trust with their clients. After completing her summer internship, Betsy returned to Auburn University, where she continued to take on leadership roles across campus. Her involvement in various organizations helped enhance her communication skills, taught her to execute administrative tasks efficiently, and created opportunities for her to empower others in achieving their goals.

After graduating from Auburn University, Betsy leaned into her belief that a fulfilling life is one lived alongside others when evaluating job opportunities. Understanding the importance of relationships in financial advising, especially at The Welch Group, Betsy ultimately decided to return to the firm in a full-time role. She currently serves as an Associate Advisor.

As a native of Birmingham, Betsy enjoys taking her friends to her favorite local spots in Mountain Brook and Vestavia. Whether walking the Jemison Trail or playing pickleball at Wald Park, she loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. On weekends, you can also find her leading worship or playing Mahjong.
