Documents Manager
Caroline Quina joined The Welch Group in 2025 and currently serves as the firm’s Documents Manager. In this role, she supports the advising team by coordinating documents and handling administrative tasks with care and consistency. Her task-driven nature and passion for organization make this position a natural fit for her.
Before joining the firm, Caroline worked as the Marketing Director in the healthcare industry, where she developed and strengthened her customer service and organizational skills.
Away from the office, Caroline enjoys participating in workout classes, spending time outdoors with her dog, and planning weekend trips to explore new cities.

- Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management with a minor in Health Information Management, University of Alabama at Birmingham
