John Beatty’s career has been defined by his desire to care for others and help them grow. At The Welch Group, he brings that purpose to his dual role as Talent Development Manager and Advisor. He helps provide support and clarity to individuals and families as they face complicated financial matters, while also investing in the growth of the firm’s employees and helping develop the next generation of advisors.
Prior to joining The Welch Group in 2023, John worked as an Area Director with YoungLife and later as a financial advisor at another local firm. Both experiences equipped John with essential skills for truly understanding people. Having that foundation has been invaluable in his current roles, as he strives to build trust and serve both clients and employees with deep empathy and genuine care.
Outside of work, John enjoys reading, running, coaching his children’s sports teams, and spending time with his family.
