Mandy Gannon

For Mandy Gannon, serving clients well as an Investment Operations Specialist begins with a genuine heart for service. Mandy joined The Welch Group in 2020 while seeking a new career path, bringing with her valuable experience from the hospitality, marketing, and retail industries. The communication and customer service skills she developed throughout her prior work experience continue to shape the way she approaches her current role: putting clients first, listening carefully, and looking for ways to be helpful. She especially values the firm’s collaborative culture and the opportunity her role gives her to work with every department.

Outside of work, Mandy loves traveling with her family, trying new cuisines with her husband, cooking and baking for loved ones, and relaxing through embroidery. She is also an avid reader with an impressive and growing home library.
