Isabella Blount has been an Advisor with The Welch Group since 2020. She has always enjoyed getting to know people on a personal level and has a genuine curiosity about their stories: how they live, what they care about, and what they aspire to achieve. As a financial advisor, Isabella appreciates the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her clients and use that understanding to help them make informed financial decisions. This genuine connection is what makes her work fulfilling and enjoyable every day.

Before entering the field of wealth management, Isabella spent five years as an auditor and financial consultant. These experiences strengthened her attention to detail and shaped the practical, problem-solving mindset she brings to financial planning today. Her analytical background, combined with her interest in people, drives her to consider both the numbers and the personal priorities behind each decision.

Isabella remains an active member of both the professional community and Birmingham. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Hootie, their sons, Houston and Harold, and their friends. In her spare time, you can also find her cooking or shopping whenever she has the chance.
